• Performing all admin tasks related to every day office activities
• Keeping personnel files of sea staff
• Facilitating in office events and local trainings
• Interviews scheduling, recruitment events coordination and facilitating office staff with pre-joining documentation
• Facilitating Head of MCU & book-keeping outsourced company with primary book-keeping documentation.


We are looking for:

• Prior experience (1 year min.) in a similar function - Office Administrator or Facilities Administrator/Facilities Manager
• Good knowledge of office equipment, computer (Office) literacy
• Prior experience with administrative work
• Good administrative skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good presentation techniques
• Fluent English
• Carrying out instructions carefully
• Working in a neat, organized manner
• Patient and careful with details
• A team player, adhering strictly to rules and policies
• Dealing with high work pressure and deadlines
• Ability for adapt quickly to changes, flexibility
